Each service provider has their own policies please reach out or check out their policies individually! •card transactions require a 3.5% transaction fee •NO GUEST! •no refunds at all at the salon from anyone. -cancellation policy If you cancel or no-show with less than 36 hours’ notice, a cancellation fee will be charged. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply at your service provider’s discretion. After 2 cancellations or no-shows, you will no longer be eligible to book appointments at The Studio 5.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A 35% cancelation fee is collected for any no shows or cancellations within 36hrs of the scheduled appointment. if you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment will be canceled and the fee will be applied.
